excellent access to parks and must-see attractions

i had a fantastic stay where the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff stood out, making my city strolls even more enjoyable as i was close to the musÉe de la photographie and just a few steps from l'atelier des 2 rives for beautiful park views.

A perfect gateway to Lyon

The hotel provided exceptional proximity to the airport, which made our early morning flight stress-free. The spacious room was a pleasant surprise, fitted with modern amenities and clean facilities. The buffet breakfast offered a delightful variety that catered to all tastes. The staff's friendliness and readiness to assist truly made our stay enjoyable.

We did experience a minor inconvenience with check-in due to lack of clear signage near the entrance for arriving guests with cars. We had to shuffle our luggage around, which disrupted an otherwise smooth arrival.

how can a hotel skimp on the basics? i waited over an hour to check in while the staff struggled with delayed flights, and the meal was almost as cold as the atmosphere. a complimentary bottle of water would have made a lovely gesture, but no such luck. i swear i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff is wonderful and very helpful.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The restaurant's food quality has significantly declined. the steak was awful, and the hamburger was terrible. Unfortunately, this is not what I expected, as I have always praised the food in the past.

the breakfast is available from 4:30 am, so very handy before flights. the wi-fi was too slow, making it hard to work.

The location was fantastic, just a short shuttle ride from the airport terminal. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making my stay seamless and enjoyable. I particularly loved the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety and catered to all tastes.

The tram and bus lines to the center are excellent, making travel very easy. The modern concept of the hotel creates a chic ambiance. I particularly enjoyed the landmark view from my room, which added a special touch to my stay.

While the comfort was nice, I found the room details a bit lacking in terms of aesthetics.

Great stay with friends! We loved visiting the Musee Miniature et Cinema and enjoying the local charm. The hotel is super close to the airport, which was really handy. The breakfast had a fantastic selection, and the staff were friendly and helpful, making it a lovely experience overall. Definitely recommend it for any group trip!

The only downside was the parking situation, which can be a bit pricey. It might be worth considering alternative transportation if you have a rental car.

The sauna and Turkish bath were fantastic relaxation spots after a long day. Just a minor issue with some noise from nearby rooms, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. 🛌

the nh lyon airport is super close to the terminal like just across the street, making it easy for late arrivals. the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of options for everyone. room service was quick and hit the spot.
